The hotel is very close to the city center. It was very clean and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was good value, with a variety of food.

The hotel is easily reachable by bus from the train station, located pretty close to the city center. The receptionists are helpful and answer every question you have. The room was pretty spacious, with a smart tv and a mini fridge. We rented a executive room with a hydromassage bathtub, everything worked well with it and we enjoyed a relaxing evening. There are enough diverse options for breakfast, it is served in a clean, nice dinner room. We didn't have any problem with the cleanliness, the room and the bath, the sheets and the towels were pretty clean when we arrived. I couldn't hear any noises from the other rooms.

Large room, friendly staff, really close to the old centre and all the attractions, just around the corner there are pharmacies and a Lidl store, also the bus station. The room was big and even though it didn't have a balcony, I didn't feel like I needed it. The proximity to the city centre means it will always be traffic near the hotel, so the air is polluted. We arrived and left early in the morning. When we arrived, we couldn't check-in until 2PM, but we could leave our luggage at the hotel. When we left, they prepared sandwiches, apples, water and desserts for us since we had to skip the hotel breakfast. Overall a nice experience and would absolutely recommend.

Hotel Ambient has an excellent location close to the city centre and friendly and helpful staff. The room was bigger than expected and surprisingly quiet, considering we had the window open all the time and the hotel is close to one of Brasov's main boulevards. The room was very clean, too. The breakfast was tasty for a small restaurant. You have a Wi-Fi connection personalized for each room instead of a general one for the entire hotel, which I found nice and modern.

The room was very large, mainly since we stayed in the 3-star part of the hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly in all aspects. The rooms and the hotel were spotless and, surprisingly, quiet for its location.

We arrived with 3 little kids for 5 days, had very nice time in the hotel. There is a parking and when full the staff helps finding one. We booked family room (2 floor room) and they were great, the kids slept on the 5th floor and we had the 6th floor (with jacuzzi). Both floors have air conditioning, the rooms are large and comfortable. The beds are very comfortable and we received baby crib with no problems. The breakfast has variety and we always found what to eat... amd our problematic kids included...

Very modern hotel with excellent large bathroom, except for small shower cubicle. Good location, although not in old town, but it’s close to the large shopping mall and good location to access the railway station, cable car and old town and lots of shopping around it, with a Lidl almost next door. Good breakfast with free coffee machine

Location is great, the breakfast was pretty good, the hotel is small and private and the room was huge. Had everything we needed.
